This facility does an awesome job taking care of my brother. Every time I go there, he’s always clean and well-groomed. He looks so cozy and comfy with his fluffy pillows and covers, and they even provided him with a fan. He always loved having a fan going. I was pleasantly surprised by that because I didn’t have to get him one. Lol He also likes watching the TV that they provide for him, especially Gunsmoke, and all of the staff are so kind to him. Another thing I always notice is that his room is clean, neat and tidy, and so is the facility itself. All of the staff are welcoming with refreshing smiles and helpful attitudes. They always greet me whenever I make unannounced visits, and asks what they can do to help me. Just a great place all around, with hardworking staff members who are attentive to the upkeep of the facility, to residents, and to guests. I’m truly thankful for the high level of care that they provide.

The staff here is great, and therapy is making me better! I really enjoy it here!

The nurses and aides are kind and attentive to my elderly mother’s needs. They do a good job keeping her laundry clean and organized.

My mother fell and needed rehab and I work at Waco Healthcare. She has been here for two weeks with two to go and I am so very happy with the care she has gotten. The progress she is making is more than expected and happening faster than I thought. The therapy team is working to get her prepared to go home without any problems. She says the entire staff makes her feel good to be here. We are very impressed.

Care plan was discussed with me very thoroughly. Podiatrist visit checked! Food is healthy and delicious! Client gets OT, PT, ST 5x a week. She did not get all of this in California. I am so happy that we made this transfer here. Not to mention most of the staff members are friendly and very accommodating. I recommend this place to your loved ones!!

I work with a local hospice agency and spend A LOT of time in this facility. It is by far one of if not THE best in town. The whole staff is compassionate and always so attentive to their residents. It doesn’t matter if it’s “their” patient, they really treat the resident like they’re at home. I play bingo with the residents and it warms my heart when I see the crew come help, rub backs and ALWAYS have a positive attitude. We have also sent some of our patients there for respite care and the feedback is always positive. I visited with one of our families during their stay and the staff would come in not only to check on the patient but also the family, to meet their needs and assure they’re comfortable during their stay. I would trust them with my family’s care.

I love this facility. They are taking great care of my brother. The HR Department is awesome. They care so much about the wellbeing of everyone there, from the residents to all the staff members. As well, HR ensures that guests and family members are well informed. Then there’s the therapy department. They’re so skilled in their work with the residents, and you see residents improving. Dietary and laundry are awesome, and Housekeeping takes great pride in the cleanliness there. The receptionist is like a breath of fresh air, because she’s so polite and always smiling. Her name is Mischelle. Maintenance stays on top of everything to make sure it all flows like a well-oiled machine. Sometimes I don’t even want to leave.

Great staff and administration. They were able to get my mother the care she needed.
